I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and it provided all the necessary facilities, including express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, meeting facilities, family room, and bar. MAG-Museo Alto Garda with its history and archaeology exhibitions was also easily accessible. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, making my stay convenient and enjoyable.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

The rooms with balconies offer a stunning view of the lake, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a romantic evening. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, making you feel right at home. The breakfast, served with a fantastic view, is a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with ramps and elevators available to navigate easily. The general areas were well-maintained, and it was easy for me to move around without any issues.

I would have preferred if the children working there had been a bit more mindful of the noise levels while cleaning the rooms. It would have been nicer to be able to sleep in a bit longer without being disturbed early in the morning.

The rooms at Hotel Venezia are simply amazing! The beds are so comfy, and the air conditioning keeps you cool even on hot days. Plus, the free WiFi is super handy for staying connected.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

This hotel was a delightful place to stay. the location was ideal, as it was close to the beautiful lake. We were able to enjoy leisurely walks along the beach and take in the stunning views. Our room had a lovely view, with a balcony to sit and relax. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was simply amazing with a gorgeous view on the rooftop. We loved starting our day with a fantastic view and a delicious spread of food.

The hotel offered free parking on-site, which was very convenient for our road trip. The location was great, just a short walk from the lakefront. The standard breakfast was quite good and gave us energy for our busy work day. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The clean swimming pool was a bonus for relaxation after a long day.

The bath cabin was in need of renovation. There were loud neighbors and the walls were not soundproof.

The lack of a lift at the hotel may be an issue for older or less able guests, with a long flight of stairs to reach the reception and rooms.

During my recent stay at a lovely hotel in Riva del Garda, I had the pleasure of experiencing the fantastic location just a short distance from the beautiful Lake Garda. The hotel was tucked away from the noise of the city center, allowing for a peaceful environment, yet it was only a leisurely 20-minute walk to enjoy dinner in town. The rooftop lounge and pool, although I didn't get a chance to indulge, added to the appeal of this wonderful establishment. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the area.
